Ilhan Omar’s lawyers demand the return of property seized in house raid

Agents seized her phone and passport as part of an investigation into alleged immigration fraud; her lawyers also say investigators disregarded a magistrate judge’s instructions and have asked authorities to preserve audio and video recordings of the search.
