Napoli midfielder Scott McTominay will miss Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League opener against Arsenal after undergoing a successful procedure to correct a heart arrhythmia. The 29-year-old Scotland international was diagnosed with a mild, benign arrhythmia and underwent a planned ablation procedure at Spire Manchester Hospital. Napoli confirmed that McTominay will observe a rest period of around two weeks before returning to training.
