The National Industrial Court of Nigeria issued an interim order restraining members of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) in Nasarawa State from proceeding with their planned strike. The order was granted following an ex-parte application by the state's Attorney-General, Isaac Danladi, after JUSUN issued a seven-day ultimatum to the state government. JUSUN's demands include the implementation of a 40% Peculiar Allowance, full financial autonomy for the state judiciary, and a 58.1% salary increase.
