Guadeloupe: 24 prominent figures call for provisional government to prepare for independence

Twenty-four prominent Guadeloupeans are proposing a “National Council of Guadeloupe” to prepare for independence and act as a shadow government. Signatories include Luc Reinette, Raymond Gauthierot and former European Parliament member Jean-Jacob Bicep.
