CDC: The new court decision in the Tower of Mamelles case

The court ordered a judicial expertise assigned to Modou Guèye, who will assess the execution of the works, analyze the schedule, and determine the causes of delays. The expert will also check the compliance of the works with current standards and evaluate the cost of any necessary corrections.
