Uduaghan revolutionised governance in Delta, says Ogeah

Chike Ogeah, a former Delta State commissioner for information, praised the late governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan for policies aimed at improving residents’ lives. Ogeah also pointed to the “Delta Beyond Oil” initiative, which aimed to diversify the economy and reduce its reliance on crude oil.
