ACF mourns Pa Fasoranti

The Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) expressed sadness at the death of Pa Reuben Famuyide Fasoranti, a nationalist elder and National Leader of the Yoruba group Afenifere. His death, which occurred two days before it was announced by Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, was mourned by the ACF as the loss of an advocate for progressive politics, good governance and a better Nigeria. A centenarian, Fasoranti lived through major periods in the country’s history and leaves, the forum said, a remarkable record of service to his community and nation. The ACF extended condolences to his family, the Yoruba people and Nigerians, and prayed for his eternal peace.
