APC youths are united behind Dayo Israel, Obidike says

Chief Obidike Chukwuebuka dismissed reports of divisions in the All Progressives Congress (APC) youth wing, saying it remains united under National Youth Leader Dayo Israel. Speaking Tuesday in Abuja after a strategic meeting of youth stakeholders, the former candidate for the post praised Israel’s inclusive leadership and described the youth wing as an electoral mobilisation structure with a presence nationwide and at tertiary institutions. Obidike said APC youths were mobilising to support President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 general elections and pledged at least 15 million youth votes for his re-election in January 2027. He urged party youths across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones to reject reports of discord and back Israel and the party leadership.
