Bankers Call for a Five-Percentage-Point PAYE Cut for All Workers

The Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) is calling for a five-percentage-point reduction in PAYE for all workers. Its proposal differs from President William Ruto’s plan to exempt workers earning Ksh32,333 or less per month. The KBA wants its proposals included in the PAYE changes before the new measures are submitted.
