Cameroon - MRC: Salomon Beas Ordered to Prove His Allegations

The Douala-Bonanjo Court of First Instance is hearing an urgent summary proceeding between the MRC and Maurice Kamto against Salomon Beas and Hervé Ulrich Ngoko Kamgang, who are required to submit evidence or have their claims removed. The MRC, represented by Me Nguefack Augustin, demands proof, while Beas and Ngoko Kamgang request a one-week postponement. The judge set their deadline for tomorrow, Wednesday.
