Davis Chirchir Unveils New Plan to Fast-Track Rironi-Naivasha Highway Works

Transport Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir announced a new strategy to accelerate work on the 60-kilometre Rironi-Naivasha section, targeting one kilometre of road per day. Chirchir said more than 90 teams were deployed along the route, where work had previously progressed at about four kilometres per week.

It called on gas suppliers, transporters, power generators and NISO to jointly review operational data.
