Displaced people cautiously return to their villages despite fragile security in Masisi

After several days of calm, displaced people began returning on October 15 to Remeka, Biolo, Bitoyi and Katuunda in the Ufamandu 1st, Ufamandu 2 and Nyamaboko 2 groupings of Masisi territory. Civil society groups urge caution and are calling for urgent humanitarian aid, including medicines for Biolo health centre and essential supplies.
