Troops rescue 23 kidnap victims and foil another kidnap attempt in Zamfara

Troops of Operation Fansan Yamma rescued 23 kidnapped individuals and foiled another kidnap attempt by terrorists during counter-terrorism operations in Zamfara. In a separate operation, two kidnapped farm workers were rescued in Lagos, where one suspect was also neutralized.
