François Moïse Coly arrested on suspicion of abducting a minor in Castor

François Moïse Coly, 23, was arrested by the Research Brigade and remanded in custody on suspicion of abducting a minor and unlawful confinement following the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl. At around 10 p.m. on October 13, the girl’s mother, Mme M. Fall, reported her missing to the HLM-Biscuiterie police station. Information indicated that the teenager had been invited to meet a man named François in Castor, whom neighbors described as her boyfriend; a friend confirmed the information. An investigation has been opened, and authorities requested that the victim be examined at Gaspard-Camara Hospital.
