KC Trade International wants to establish a system with international traders BGN and Zyron Energy to import petroleum products into Cameroon with deferred payment. The proposal was presented in Yaoundé on October 20, 2026, to Water and Energy Minister Gaston Eloundou Essomba and envisages shipping cargoes using “100% open account” credit. KC Trade managing director Cédric Ketchanga said the arrangement would help local operators maintain supplies amid tensions in international markets. No amounts, repayment deadlines or specific contractual commitments have been disclosed.
