Space live: According to Reagan Miviri, Joseph Kabila 'is now positioning himself for action'

Reagan Miviri, a researcher at the Ebuteli institute, analyzes Joseph Kabila's speech during the October 6, 2026, Space live event, which marks a turning point with the announcement of imminent action. He describes Kabila's approach as a four-step process: alert, propose, recall past actions, then announce that he will act, implying he may now take concrete steps. Miviri highlights that Kabila also references the post-Tshisekedi period and the continuity of Washington agreements, hinting at a possible political transition. However, he notes that he does not yet know the specific initiatives to come.
