Just months after joining, El Hadji Malick Diouf already close to leaving Brentford

Liverpool and Chelsea have reportedly contacted El Hadji Malick Diouf’s representatives and are considering moves for the Senegalese defender after the 2026–27 season, according to Dsports. The 21-year-old joined Brentford from West Ham on August 27, 2026, and is under contract until June 2031, with an additional year option for the club. Before joining West Ham, he won the Czech league with Slavia Prague in 2025, scoring seven goals and providing three assists in the league that season. An international since September 2024, he also took part in Senegal’s victories at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2026 World Cup.
