Khoza throws PSL's weight behind Safa's VAR project

PSL chairman Irvin Khoza says the league fully supports Safa’s Video Assistant Referee (VAR) project, although implementation is the football association’s responsibility. The R20 million allocated to the project remains untouched and has accumulated interest while Safa completes outstanding preparatory processes. Safa plans to pilot the system in smaller leagues and selected top-flight competitions before considering a wider rollout. Khoza said the PSL is awaiting feedback from Safa and is ready to support the launch.
