The ARSP orders the regularization of subcontracting contracts at Kai Peng Mining and COMILU (Haut-Katanga)

The Regulatory Authority for Subcontracting in the Private Sector (ARSP) has ordered Kai Peng Mining and the Lwisha Mining Company (COMILU) to regularize their subcontracting contracts in Haut-Katanga. This decision follows inspections that revealed 22 partner companies did not meet legal eligibility criteria. The two mining companies have thirty days to submit a corrective plan and must cease all collaboration with non-compliant companies.
