Michigan voters are choosing between Mike Rogers and Abdul El-Sayed in a closely watched Senate race that could make El-Sayed the first Muslim US senator and help determine control of the chamber. The measures are framed as support for the peace agreements signed by Kinshasa and Kigali on December 4, 2025, and for stability in the Great Lakes region.
