National Police: Warrant Officer Moustapha Diédhiou’s remarkable achievement on the international stage

Senegalese Warrant Officer Moustapha Diédhiou, assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division, won the top ranking for best working paper at an international organized-crime training course in Cairo. His paper examined e-payment crimes, a growing concern for investigators dealing with fraud involving electronic transactions. Held from August 22 to October 15, 2026, the course brought together 109 participants from 26 African countries. A graduate of the 48th class of police non-commissioned officers, Diédhiou had also drawn attention while serving in Rufisque in March 2025.
