‘Nigeria Is in Serious Trouble!’ Sowore Reacts to Tinubu’s Planned Saudi Trip

African Action Congress presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore voiced concern about Bola Tinubu’s reported trip to Saudi Arabia, scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 2026. In a post on X on Wednesday, he questioned the timing of the journey and referred to growing questions about the president’s health. Sowore claimed that five governors, some ministers and prominent businesspeople were being assembled to accompany Tinubu, giving the trip the appearance of an official business visit. He compared the situation with that of former president Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, asking: “Like Yar’Adua, like Tinubu?”
