Official: Déthié Fall has chosen sides between Ousmane Sonko and Bassirou Diomaye Faye

Senegalese Infrastructure Minister Déthié Fall has declared his support for President Bassirou Diomaye Faye «without restraint or reservation.» Appearing on RFM Matin, he said his party, the Republican Party for Progress (PRP), is part of the presidential camp and backs the head of state. Asked by Babacar Fall amid tensions between Faye and Ousmane Sonko, Déthié Fall added that his position is consistent with his role in the government.
