PDL-145T: Government seeks to fast-track completion of the program’s first phase and launch the second, focused on rehabilitating agricultural feeder roads

State Minister Guylain Nyembo chaired the fourth meeting of the PDL-145T National Operational Committee in Kinshasa on November 2, 2026, to assess completion of the first phase of socio-economic infrastructure and prepare the launch of the second. Technical committee coordinator Jean-Philippe Mukuaki said preparations for the second phase had been completed.

Oluikpe thanked the governor and praised his humility, which he said he had observed since they first met in 2013.
