PDP expels two members in Gombe State

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) expelled two of its officials in Gombe State, Hon. Khamisu Ahmed Mailantarki and Hon. Usman Aliyu Garry, over alleged anti-party activities and gross misconduct. The decision followed disciplinary proceedings and the recommendations of the party’s Disciplinary Committee, which found them guilty of violating the PDP’s 2017 amended constitution. National Publicity Secretary Hon. Jungudo Haruna Mohammed said the process respected their right to a fair hearing and that the two had lost all membership rights and privileges.

Ogun 2027: Adebutu dismisses omission from INEC list

Oladipupo Adebutu, the PDP governorship candidate in Ogun State, called his omission from INEC’s list of candidates a temporary distraction and said it would not stop him from contesting in 2027.
