Rema says flaunting his wealth and achievements could pressure young people

Nigerian Afrobeats star Divine Ikubor, known as Rema, says he avoids flaunting his wealth and achievements online so he does not pressure young people who admire him. In an interview with Jam FM, the 26-year-old singer said some may compare themselves with him and feel compelled to succeed too quickly. He prefers to keep his style simple, including wearing streetwear, although he does have expensive chains and watches.
