Nicolas Jackson capitalised on errors by the pair on Saturday. City remain level on points with Arsenal at the top of the table but lead on goal difference. Ahead of Wednesday’s League Cup match against Brighton, Maresca said he was happy with Guehi and reported that Donnarumma, Erling Haaland, Elliot Anderson and Josko Gvardiol had been given three days off, along with captain Ruben Dias.
