Burna Boy: From the Stade de France to the Ballon d’Or, Two Notable Appearances in 24 Hours

On October 25, Burna Boy performed at halftime of the NFL game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and New Orleans Saints at the Stade de France, the league’s first regular-season game held in France. Pittsburgh won 16–10, and the Nigerian singer performed hits including “Ye,” “On the Low” and “Last Last.” The following day at the 2026 Ballon d’Or ceremony in London, he presented the Sócrates Award to Bukayo Saka, honored for supporting BigShoe, an organization helping disadvantaged children access medical care.
