Samuel Eto’o sharply rebukes RFI after report on new complaint in Cameroon

Samuel Eto’o sharply criticized RFI in a Facebook post after the outlet reported a new complaint alleging the misappropriation of public funds. The complaint concerns the handling of revenues from four Indomitable Lions friendlies against Uzbekistan and South Korea in 2022, followed by Mexico and Russia in 2023. Eto’o accused some RFI staff and consultants of established acts of pedophilia and questioned the broadcaster’s credibility. Fécafoot had previously denied the allegations against its president in a statement issued in September.
