Super Eagles: ‘Where did you play that I didn’t play?’ — Oliseh slams Obi Mikel

Former Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh says the Nigerian Football Federation warned him against calling up John Obi Mikel, Vincent Enyeama and Emmanuel Emenike, whom it considered disruptive. Oliseh regrets not heeding the warning and recalls travelling to London at his own expense to meet Mikel and Victor Moses, but Mikel failed to attend and did not reply to his WhatsApp message. Oliseh said the Chelsea player had shown disrespect for his role as national team coach, while Moses attended and explained his concerns about the team.
