“Diodio Glow Skin” Case: Content Creator Adamo Drawn into Investigation

The investigation into Mame Diarra Thiam, known as “Diodio Glow Skin,” concerns alleged losses put at more than 200 million CFA francs, a figure investigators consider greatly exaggerated. Prosecutors say influencer Rox received seven million CFA francs from the entrepreneur, part of which was intended for content creator Adamo, to respond to criticism from Tata Nafi Cannes. The criticism followed an April 2026 case in which seven Diodio Glow Skin employees accused of stealing products received suspended two-year sentences and were released. Investigators are seeking to establish the scale of the alleged network and identify other influencers involved; further arrests may follow.
