Uduaghan’s remains arrive in Warri as Oborevwori visits family

The remains of former Delta State governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan arrived Monday at Osubi Airport, where Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and his wife joined the family to receive them. Oborevwori later visited the family home in Warri to offer condolences to Deaconess Roli Uduaghan and other relatives, describing the late governor as his political mentor and a major contributor to Delta State’s development. Uduaghan, whose death at age 71 was announced by his son Toju, governed the state from 2007 to 2015. Peter Obi, Chiedu Ebie, Godwin Obaseki and Chris Iyovwaye also paid tribute to him.
