U.S. Names Kenyan Areas Americans Should Avoid in New Advisory

The United States raised its travel advisory for Kenya to Level 3, citing risks from terrorism, crime, kidnapping and Ebola. It maintained Level 4 warnings for Eastleigh, Kibera and other areas. The advisory also warned of bombings, grenade attacks and armed assaults, and urged U.S. citizens to exercise caution.
