Vodun Days 2027: Benin Tourism Opens Applications for Restaurateurs in Ouidah

Benin Tourism has opened applications to select restaurateurs for stands at the Food Court in Place Maro, Ouidah, during Vodun Days 2027, scheduled for January 2–9. Applicants must be legally established in Benin, have at least one year of restaurant experience, and submit a menu with prices, a signature dish, and proof of experience. Applications must be submitted online by November 10, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.; a selection committee will review them, followed by a tasting session, with results expected by the end of November. The Food Court aims to showcase Beninese cuisine, local products, and restaurateurs’ expertise.
