Wike, Keyamo and Musa absent as Tinubu chairs FEC meeting at Aso Rock

President Bola Tinubu chaired the Federal Executive Council’s weekly meeting at the State House in Aso Rock on Wednesday, with most cabinet members in attendance. The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, Aviation Minister Festus Keyamo and Defence Minister General Christopher Musa (retired) were absent. The meeting was expected to consider national issues, including major infrastructure projects and policy matters. The Presidency had not given a reason for their absence, which prompted reactions in Nigeria.
