Adebayo mourns Tukur, recalls business partnership

Adewole Adebayo, the 2027 presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), mourned the death of Bamanga Tukur, former governor of old Gongola State and former national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who died at the age of 90. Adebayo praised Tukur as an accomplished statesman whose contributions to Nigeria and Africa spanned public administration, business, and continental economic cooperation. He also recalled their personal and professional relationship, particularly in investments and maritime development.
