Zamfara ADC Candidate Condemns Kaura Namoda Attack and Calls for Stronger Security

Bilyaminu Yusuf Shinkafi, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) governorship candidate in Zamfara State, condemned the bandit attack in Kaura Namoda and offered condolences to the victims’ families. He criticised the state government’s response, saying it had not shown the urgency needed to protect lives and property. If elected, Shinkafi pledged to prioritise security, strengthen cooperation with security agencies and intelligence gathering, and better protect vulnerable communities. He urged the authorities to take urgent, measurable steps to prevent further attacks.
