Huduma Kenya Clarifies ID Registration Rules for Kenyans Without Birth Certificates

Huduma Kenya clarified that one cannot register for an identity card without a birth certificate. Applicants without a birth certificate must first apply for the document at the Civil Registrar's Office or a Huduma Centre in their county of birth. The fees for applying for a late birth certificate are Ksh 500 plus an additional Ksh 200 for the issuance of the certificate.
