Sudan Says It Does Not Want War With Ethiopia Amid Rising Tensions

General Malik Agar, deputy head of Sudan's Sovereignty Council, stated that Sudan does not want to go to war with Ethiopia despite what it describes as a hostile position from Addis Ababa. Tensions along the Sudan-Ethiopia border have escalated, with Sudanese military officials accusing Ethiopia of allowing the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) to launch drones from its territory. Agar emphasized that preserving Sudan's territorial integrity and national unity remains a red line.
