Justice Warsame Abdulahi Mohammed Nominated as Supreme Court Judge

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has nominated Justice Mohamed Abdulahi Warsame for the position of Supreme Court judge, pending President William Ruto's appointment. Warsame, who has served at the Court of Appeal since 2012, will replace Judge Mohamed Khadhar Ibrahim, who passed away last December. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
