Oyo abduction: Eight suspected kidnappers arrested, some killed – Onanuga

Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the Nigerian President on Information and Strategy, disclosed that eight suspected kidnappers linked to the abduction of pupils and teachers in Orire Local Government Area of Oyo State were arrested during the rescue operation. The suspects are now in DSS custody, and some were neutralised. The rescue was carried out without conceding to the kidnappers' demands. Security agencies will provide a full account of the operation.
