North Korea’s Kim calls for training world’s ‘strongest’ military

Kim Jong Un urged North Korea’s military to train to become the world’s strongest during a two-day meeting of company commanders in Pyongyang. According to KCNA, he called for every army company to become an elite unit and a fully capable combat force. The first gathering of the entire army since February’s party congress comes amid recent weapons tests and Seoul’s offer of talks on the border and restored communication channels after a DMZ blast that Pyongyang disputes.
