Brazil: Meta faces accusations of interference in presidential campaign

Days before the second round of Brazil’s presidential election, the Superior Electoral Court is demanding guarantees from Meta that candidates will be treated fairly. The US company is accused of interfering in the campaign. It faces a fine of nearly $200,000 per day.
