Morocco Launches ‘PACTE TPME’ to Accelerate SME Growth

Morocco has launched a new national plan, ‘PACTE TPME’, to accelerate the growth and transformation of very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises as part of its 2026-2030 development strategy. Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, emphasized that this pact aims to provide high-level shared services to SMEs and enhance their competitiveness. Minister of Tourism, Fatim-Zahra Ammor, noted that SMEs are central to the government's strategy, focusing on innovation and job creation.
