Invite Igboho to name Oyo abductors, Atiku’s aide tells DSS

Paul Ibe, media aide to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has called on the DSS and security agencies to invite Yoruba activist Sunday Igboho to disclose the identities of politicians he claims are sponsoring the abduction of students and teachers in Oriire Local Government Area, Oyo State. Ibe also criticized the Tinubu administration for its unequal response to the abduction of over 50 schoolchildren in Mussa, Borno State on May 15, 2026, alleging it paid less attention to that incident. Igboho had made the allegations while receiving NANS members at his Ibadan residence, claiming to know the backers and threatening to expose them.
