CDC: The Sensitive Files Left Behind by Fadilou Keïta

Fadilou Keïta leaves the general management of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations after more than two years, leaving unresolved files behind. Among them is the Tower of Mamelles project, which has resulted in a loss of 20 billion CFA francs, and the Bambilor City, unfinished since 2011 with 15 billion CFA francs already invested.
