General Alain Alisa Job Sambokera released two books in Kinshasa on June 5, 2026. The first, 'The Naval Force of the DRC: Doctrine, Strategic Issues, and Prospects of Hydro-Military Power by 2035,' highlights the strategic importance of Congolese waters. The second, 'The Courage of President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo: A Model of Resistance,' praises the president's leadership. The general also founded the National School of Mines, Water, and Forests at the University of Martyrs of Congo.
