Morocco Launches ‘Chikaya Santé’ Platform to Strengthen Patient Complaint Handling

Morocco's Ministry of Health and Social Protection has launched the ‘Chikaya Santé’ digital platform to enhance transparency and responsiveness in handling patient complaints. This initiative aims to establish an integrated national system for receiving and processing complaints related to both public and private health services. An equipped center and a team of over 20 professionals will be created to ensure precise tracking and efficient handling of citizens' grievances.
