Reintegration of ex-bandits, danger to peaceful communities - Anglican Bishop warns

The Anglican Bishop of Umuahia Diocese, Rt. Rev. Geoffrey Ibeabuchi, warned that the release of repentant terrorists could pose more dangers to peaceful communities. He expressed doubts about the actual repentance of the bandits and criticized the federal government for its ongoing borrowing.
