Man dies in Western Australia after shark attack

A 35-year-old man died after being bitten by a shark while spearfishing near Michaelmas Island off Albany, Western Australia. A 4.5-metre shark of unknown species was sighted by a witness. This is the fourth fatal shark attack in Australia this year, following other incidents off Rottnest Island, Queensland, and Sydney Harbour.
